These terms govern the purchase of copywriting services from Carter's Copywriting (C. Primero de Mayo, 1, 06200 Almendralejo, Badajoz, Spain).

We provide website copy, brand voice guides, sales pages, email sequences and long-form content as described on this website. All services are delivered digitally.
Orders and pricing
Prices shown are base prices confirmed by email. Payment through Stripe is a binding service contract. Prices are in EUR. Spanish-resident consumers may be subject to IVA.
Delivery timelines
Foundation: 5 business days. Standard: 10 business days. Complete: agreed individually. Timelines begin when we receive the complete brief and source materials.
Revisions
One revision round is included in all packages. Scope changes after brief approval are quoted separately.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, all rights in the delivered copy transfer to you.
Governing law
Spanish law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Badajoz, except where mandatory EU consumer rules apply.
