We collect name, email, phone and country when you contact us or order. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store card data. Project files are deleted 90 days after delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Data retention
Order records: 6 years (Spanish law). Enquiry data from non-clients: 3 years. Project materials: 90 days after delivery.
